It's an art to photograph a forest and turn it from a day hiker's guidebook to an allegory of ancient wisdom. These photographers show the mystical and wise side of our forests, giving each tree and shrub an opportunity to share its story.
Maybe if we listen to the trees, they will tell us of great battles.
